Local CEO To Take Part In The CEO Sleep Out
EO of Haines Watts Worcester, Tim Pearce will be braving the cold and sleeping outside in order to raise money for local homeless charities. He will be sleeping rough on the 26th of April. His aim is to raise £1,000.
Tim told the Worcestershire Echo what inspired him to participate in the fundraising event: “in this day and age and with all the wealth that this country has it is simply wrong that people are forced to sleep rough. The scary thing is that homelessness can happen to anyone at anytime”
About CEO Sleep Out UK
CEO Sleepout is a charity set up to fight homelessness and poverty. Our fight is funded with money raised by executives who sleep outdoors for one night to raise sponsorship from their business contacts and friends. We’re holding events across the UK in 2018 and are recruiting business leaders, community leaders, owners, managers, execs and anyone who thinks they can raise a significant amount of funds, and who are willing giving up just one one night of comfort.
