Launch of Midlands’ Destination for Foodies
A brand new destination Food Hall and Restaurant has launched at Webbs of Wychbold, near Droitwich Spa, with the final phase now complete – an onsite butchery featuring a state-of-the-art Himalayan Salt Chamber.
Based one minute’s drive from Junction 5 of the M5 and 10 miles south of Birmingham, Food at Webbs is a large speciality Food Hall and Restaurant focusing on the finest local foods and international produce.
The addition of Food at Webbs continues to see the independent, family business offer the region a unique destination for food, home and garden.

The Cheese & Deli Counter
Over 100 varieties of cheese are available to choose from, ranging from fantastic local and UK-wide options such as Croome and Colston Bassett, to the best the continent has to offer with directly imported cheese from small French and Italian artisan producers. The Deli counter offers a heavenly selection of handcrafted pies, handmade scotch eggs from Wolff Evans, small-batch smoked fish from Worcestershire’s Macneils, British charcuterie from Trealy Farm in Monmouthshire and local deli meats from Shropshire’s Maynards.
Gelato Bar
The Food at Webbs gelato is made fresh in-house and comes in a tantalising choice of flavours – all served in the choice of a waffle cone, float or simply in a tub. The Webbs gelato chefs create limited edition flavours each month.The gelato bar also serves fresh coffee, milkshakes and affogato.
Bakery and Patisserie
Freshly baked breads and pastries are available from the Food Hall’s on-site bakery, as well as stunning handmade French patisserie cakes from Cheltenham-based The Patisserie Box.
Chocolate Library
With over 100 types of the world’s best artisan chocolate bars, including Nom Nom’s Espresso Martini bar, Pumphouse’s sourdough and rye bars as well as Zotter’s hand-scooped, passion fruit and thyme bar, the Food at Webbs Chocolate Library is a real destination for the chocolate lover.
Wall of Wine, Local Beers and Ciders
Food at Webbs also has a 10 metre wall of wine that includes a wide, handpicked selection of red, white and rose wines from Europe and the New World whilst also showcasing British wines. Local beer and cider producers, the best of the UK craft beer scene, prestigious Belgian craft beersand independently produced gins and vodkas sit alongside the wine selection.
Seasonal Local Fruit and Vegetables
The new Food Hall serves a rotating selection of local, seasonal fruit and vegetables as well as all of the necessary ingredients needed to whip up a storm in the kitchen at home. This fresh produce is also used daily by the team of chefs in the restaurant.
The Restaurant
The Food at Webbs restaurant offers a wide selection of homemade hot dishes, as well as an appetising display of salads and open sandwiches, handmade cakes as well as loose-leaf tea, using a host of Food Hall and Buxton Butchery produce in the finished dishes. Afternoon Tea is served daily including fresh scones from the Food at Webbs bakers.
Buxton Butchers
The final element to Food at Webbs is the recent launch of Master Butchers, Buxtons. Open seven days a week, Buxtons specialises in sourcing the highest quality meats, with a particular focus on rare breed steak and beef, which is then aged in the state-of-the-art Himalayan Salt Chamber to increase the intensity of the final flavour.
